Shipping policy

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to within 24 hours after the order is placed. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse (in Malaysia) to the destination. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 days for Singapore and Malaysia.  Due to COVID-19, some delivery may take longer from time to time.
  • Taxes & Duties: No custom duties for Singapore and Malaysia. For other countries, If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
